President's Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, be accepted for admission by December 31, have a minimum 3.8 GPA, have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1250 (composite ACT score of 28), and demonstrate outstanding leadership and service. Financial need is not considered.

Provost's Merit Award

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, have completed at least 30+ semester hours, and be accepted for admission by March 1. Preference is given to applicants with associate degree from an accredited community college or comparable work at a four-year school.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, have completed at least 30+ semester hours, be accepted for admission by March 1, and have proof of membership in Phi Theta Kappa. Financial need is not considered.

National Merit Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist who has notified National Merit Scholarship Corp. of intention to enroll at Pacific Lutheran U.

Academic Achievement Award

Description

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 3.25 GPA and be accepted for admission by March 1.

Alumni Merit Award

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 3.8 GPA and be the child or grandchild of alumni/ae, who attended PLU for at least one year.

Faculty Merit Award

Description

Applicant must be a continuing student, have completed at least 45 semester hours, and have no other merit awards. Selection is based upon academic achievements, service to school, and talent.

Rieke Leadership Award

Description

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate leadership or active involvement in a multi-ethnic context.

Academic Scholarship

Description

Selection is based upon academic merit and financial need.

Camp-Younts Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, a minimum combined SAT I score of 1100, and letters of recommendation. Recipient must participate in Piedmont Scholars Program and at least one other campus organization and live in college housing.

Trustee's Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1100,and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Recipient must participate in Piedmont Scholars Program and at least one other campus organization and live in college housing.

Presidential Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1000, and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Recipient must participate in Piedmont Scholars Program and at least one other campus organization and live in college housing.
