Music Scholarship

Description

Awards are given to music and selected non-music majors for band/orchestral instruments, keyboard, and voice performance. Selection is based upon competitive audition.

Dean's Scholarship

Description

Awarded to applicants who have demonstrated strong academic achievement and outstanding extracurricular achievement, leadership, or volunteer service.

Transfer Student Scholarship

Description

Selection is based upon collegiate academic achievement.

Ministerial Grant

Description

Applicant must be a dependent child of ordained Lutheran clergy. Financial need is not considered.

Cultural Diversity Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be an American ethnic student, international student, an American who has lived in another country for an extended time, or a student who intentionally engaged in a multi-ethnic community. Program believes these students will make distinctive contributions and provide cultural enrichment as a member of the university community.

President's Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student with a minimum 3.8 high school GPA and a minimum combined SAT score of 1350 (composite ACT score of 31).

Dean's Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student with a minimum 3.8 high school GPA and a combined SAT Reasoning score between 1150 and 1190 (composite ACT score between 25 and 26).

Class Merit Award

Description

Awarded to top 10 students, ranked by GPA, in each grade level. Applicant who already received a renewable merit scholarship is not eligible.

National Merit Finalist Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist.

Chancellor Scholarship

Description

Applicant must rank in the top of their class and have SAT Reasoning scores and high school GPA among the top of the applicant pool.

Dean's Scholarship

Description

Applicant must rank in top 15% of class and have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1230 (composite ACT score of 27).

Faculty Scholarship

Description

Applicant must rank in top 15% of class and have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1230 (composite ACT score of 27).
