Trustee Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be accepted for full-time enrollment and have either a minimum 3.9 GPA, minimum composite ACT score of 33, and be a National Merit finalist; or a minimum 3.7 GPA, minimum composite ACT score of 29, have an IB Diploma, and be a National Merit Semifinalist.

Presidential Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have one of the following: a minimum 3.5 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 28; or minimum 3.2 GPA, minimum composite ACT score of 25, and have a parents who is an ordained minister in Disciples of Christ or United Church of Christ; or have a minimum 3.0 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 24.

Dean's Scholarship

Description

Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, minimum composite ACT score of 21, and be a member of the A+ Program, Disciples of Christ/United Church of Christ, Alumni Legacy, Boys State Participant, or Girls State Participant.

Church Award

Description

Applicant must be active in the United Church of Christ or the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Personal statement of involvement and letter of recommendation from minister required to be submitted.

Clergy Dependent Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be accepted for full-time enrollment and be the dependent of clergy in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) or the United Church of Christ. Preference is given to dependents of clergy in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

Valedictorian Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be valedictorian of their graduating high school class and be accepted for full-time enrollment at Elmira. The scholarship is competitive and not guaranteed for all valedictorians. Recipient must live on campus.

Presidential Honor Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be a student who has applied to the college; automatically grated upon admission to the college. Academic merit reviewed at time of application by the Admissions Committee.

Founder Honor Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be a student who has applied to the college; automatically grated upon admission to the college. Academic merit reviewed at time of application by the Admissions Committee.

Iris Leadership Award

Description

Applicant must be an accepted student who has demonstrated leadership contributions in various school (excluding athletics), religious, or community activities.

Trustee Honor Scholarship

Applicant must be a student who has applied to the college; automatically granted upon admission to the college. Academic merit reviewed at time of application by the Admissions Committee.

Transfer Honor Scholarships

Description

Applicant must be a transfer student with a minimum 3.3 cumulative GPA.

Elms Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have been accepted as a full-time first-time student, have completed the financial aid process, and demonstrate a superior academic record.
