Guy Billington Memorial Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have been a resident of a Baptist children's home, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be enrolled full time, demonstrate financial need, and submit school's financial aid form and FAFSA.

Bill Himes Memorial Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be a resident of the Ohio County (KY) area, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be enrolled full time, demonstrate financial need, and submit school's financial aid form and FAFSA.

Paul Horner Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, be enrolled full time, and submit school's financial aid form and FAFSA.

Francis and Ruth Moore Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be active in a Kentucky Baptist church, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be enrolled full time, demonstrate financial need, and submit special application, two letters of reference, school's financial aid form, and FAFSA.

Cornerstone Scholarship

Description

Freshmen applicants must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and a minimum composite ACT score of 24 (equivalent SAT Reasoning score). Returning student applicants must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and have completed the most recent 27 hours at the College. Transfer applicants must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and 24 or more transferable credit hours completed.

Keystone Scholarship

Description

New freshmen applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA and composite ACT score of 26 (equivalent SAT Reasoning score). Returning student applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA and at least 27 hours earned at the College completed. Transfer applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA and 24 or more transferable credit hours completed.

Capstone Scholarship

Description

New freshmen applicants must have a minimum 3.6 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 28 (SAT Reasoning equivalent. Returning student applicants must have a minimum 3.6 GPA and have completed most recent 27 credits at the College. Transfer applicants must have a minimum 3.6 GPA and 24 or more transferable credit hours completed.

Capstone Presidential Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 3.85 GPA, have completed 90 credit hours (must have been enrolled at Columbia Coll for previous three years), and submit school's financial aid form. Previous Capstone Scholarship recipients are not eligible. Financial need is not considered.

Community College Scholarship

Description

Applicant must have a minimum 3.4 GPA, have transferred from an accredited two-year school within one year of receiving degree with at least 60 transferable credits, have not attended another college since receiving degree, and submit school's financial aid form.

Associate Degree Transfer Grant

Description

Applicant must be transferring within one year of receiving an associate degree and have a minimum 2.0 GPA.

Presidential Scholarship

Description

Applicant must be enrolled full time and submit personal essay and letter of recommendation from high school faculty or administrator.

Professional Churchwork Grant

Description

Applicant must be enrolled full time, be a member of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, submit an application signed by pastor, and declare intent and commitment to enter full-time professional church work. Recipient must agree to accept official placement upon graduation.
